This project was a big one for the NHS Trust based in South London. The goal  was to optimise and transform the allocations and use of rooms within the service. Which has been unchanged for a number of years. A complete digital transformation was needed for their booking, CRM and management systems taking them into the digital age with comfort and ease. Results were exceptional with a smooth transition for all staff from receptionist to doctors and of course the all important patients.

With an international brand to uphold working across both the B2B and B2C sectors. Our client has achieved great success throughout the hotel industry  for over 50 years, they were just unable to implement universal digital change that would allow for retained revenue, higher occupancy and a immaculate operation. The website usability, accessibility and social presence were big problems that were keeping growth at a stand still. Optimising the user journey was the focus for this project. Starting with UX research and design we were able to create personas and the ideal journey for each one. Resulting in more revenue retained.
